Dry acne prone skin and salicylic acid peel and acne scars

There is a great deal of evidence that poor diet is a significant factor in making acne outbreaks much more likely, especially for those who are prone to acne anyway. Too many saturated fats, found in many fast foods, many vegetable oils, found in many snacks such as chips and biscuits, lots of processed sugar, found in many soft drinks, canned foods and ready-made meals, and regularly excessive amounts of alcohol and caffeine all tend to overwhelm the immune system of the body making infections such as acne more likely.
EXERCISE - by taking reasonable exercise you will help to rid your body of toxins and the sweat can help to clear your pores. Always shower after exercise to ensure you are not retaining dead skin etc. on your body.
Create a diet you can live with that includes more natural, healthy foods into your diet that are not processed. Almost all of the fast food that you eat is feeding your acne breakouts. Stay away from French fries, greasy meats like hamburgers, pizza, subs, etc.
